My experience was San Francisco Automotive Solution was amazing. I was having trouble finding a shop in SF that could accept my 1ton pickup truck and was referred to this place by another shop I use. Pat was great to work with and very thorough. I had all the fluids flushed and filters changed as well as some other minor parts that were due for exchange. Pat went the extra mile for me and replaced both ball-joints and topped it off with a car wash. His shop is clean, organized and welcoming. I would love to work with Pat again anytime!

I cannot recommend these guys enough highly knowledgeable expert friendly and honest. They saved me from a big Mistake by pointing out things even prior to the pre purchase inspection. Patrick is an honest, patient, knowledgeable business owner. I currently have an X3 which is still under warranty & has a maintenance plan. I took it into the dealership this morning for a couple issues, and of course, lots was found wrong with it, and it was going to be a large bill as some things weren't covered under warranty. I found Patrick through a quick google search, and over the phone he patiently explained everything to me, and helped me out immensely in how to work with the dealership. As soon as my maintenance plan expires, I will be taking my BMW to Patrick, thanks so much!!

Pat and crew have done a great job servicing my Honda Civic, finding the root cause of issues and sourcing OEM parts for much cheaper than the dealership while providing quick text updates so I know exactly when the work is done and I can pick it up! Great work!
