Clean, professional and honest.

I brought a car here for a pre car inspection. I was pleasantly surprised at the orderly and clean nature of the organization. The service writer Patrick was perfect in explaining to me his philosophy around I used car inspection. He was straight up and on the DOT. I will be returning because I have 100% confidence in the character and competency of the shop. As a bonus it has the most exquisite bathroom I've ever seen in an automotive facility! You won't be disappointed.

My family and I have taken our vehicles to Pat for years. I actually look forward to taking my car in because my car and myself are treated so well! When I bought a new car, I had to take it to the dealership for maintenance because it was under warranty, and I missed the impeccable service and witty banter I got from Pat. I am so happy to be back and done with the dealership where I always felt over charged, neglected, and talked down to. Pat is always transparent about what needs to be fixed and what went into the service as well as being clear about what can wait to be fixed when money is tight. Communication is easy and frequent and done via text which is so much easier when I am working and can’t chat in the phone, plus everything is there in writing on my phone so I don’t have to try to remember all of the details. In short, San Francisco Automotive Solutions provides the customer service of a small-town, friendly repair shop with the high tech, well-oiled service one expects in the Bay Area.

This is the most honest car repair shop I have ever used. My BMW dealer suggested to replace my BMW 528 rear differential mount immediately for a couple of thousand of dollars and they made it sound that it was in really bad shape and disaster would occur if I did not. Patrick did a free assessment for me and did not think it is necessary to replace it. It can go on for another 5 years. Most mechanics will tell you more need to be done, not less. What an honorable man!!!

I would like to start off by saying the owner Peter was very professional and friendly. I was quoted a price that was very reasonable and fair.I would truly recommend this place to all my friends and family. Moving forward if I ever have any issues with my 2014 Chevy Malibu, San Francisco Automotive Solutions would be my 1st choice by far. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!
