I have taken my Lexus to the dealer for service since I’ve bought it. On my last visit, they recommended that I spend almost $6000 in repairs. Three of which were “critical“. I didn’t believe this. I took my car to Patrick for a full inspection. It turns out many of these repairs are not “critical” in fact, one can wait another 30,000 miles. I truly appreciated his honesty and thorough explanations of everything that was wrong and how and when I should fix it. This was incredibly refreshing. They could have easily said I needed the work. I appreciate their long term, relationship based approach to car repair and maintenance. I look forward to working with them in the future because I am definitely not taking it back to Lexus. Bonus for me - the shop is incredibly clean.

Called Patrick to do a pre-purchase inspection on a Mini Cooper. Right away knew he was knowledgeable not just about cars but about minis in particular. His inspection was thorough and pointed out areas that over time I will need to watch and gave me great tips on keeping the car in good shape for the long run. I’m definitely coming here to do my oil changes and regular maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience with my service at All American. I had a bad power steering fluid leak and I called in and I was able drop off my truck the next morning. After looking in to the issue Patrick called me with a full run down of all the issues and the cost of the parts and labor. I really appreciate his honest straight forward information. We picked up our truck the following morning and we are back in business with no leaking. Thank you!
