If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My car has been stalling off and on for the last 6 months. It has broken down countless times, stalled while I was driving it. I’ve taken it in to multiple mechanics, who up sold me on car parts I didn’t need and who didn’t take time to find the real problem. I started to think i’d never feel safe driving my car again. I brought my car in to All American Automotive and was blown away at the service. Patrick is incredibly attentive, and made sure I felt heard. He looked at all of the paperwork from the other mechanics, and kept me updated throughout the service so that I knew what was going on with my car. I finally feel safe driving again. Thank you!!

Patrick (the owner) is a very professional and honest person. Great to deal with. Regularly let's me know the status of any repairs and provides an accurate estimate of time-to-completion. Prices are always up front and I never feel overcharged for anything. I have 3 vehicles I take to his shop, and I will never go anywhere else. Patrick provides something that most businesses in San Francisco have never heard of---Good Customer Service!
