Patrick saved me after getting spooked by the Stewart Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Serramonte who told me my battery was likely dead after they completed my 50K mile service check and were about to charge me $200+ to look into it and another $300+ to change the battery. I had just gotten a new battery within the last year and a half, so I knew to go get a second opinion. Thank God I found Patrick! He completed a complimentary inspection and recharged my battery and now has my business forever. Incredibly professional, respectful and explained to me in layman's terms exactly what he was doing and uncovered in inspecting my vehicle. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I knew when I went in for a PPI something was wrong, Pat did not take my contact info or anything to sign when I left. Said it was done 4 hours later, come in and a piece of paper showing brake pad depth printed on paper. Asked about lowering springs. 4.8 hours for the front and 4.8 hours for the rear for $1900. LOL. Took it to Werkshop with quote 2/3 less and 5 hours which is normal. I knew when Pat gave me the quote he was not an honest mechanic. If hes quoting $1900 I bet his estimates overall are higher. Pat, perhaps people know about cars more than you think. Well Werkshop began installation and noticed that the front strut was damaged, they were able to use the warranty to have this replaced at Carvana cost. If PPI was properly done it should have been found. I bet they didnt do anything, not even put it on the rack for inspection. I suspect they have not been doing PPI thoroughly with other customers, this is a scam in hopes of obtaining future business, I would avoid this shop like the plague.
