San Francisco automotive solutions has been my go-to repair shop for over 20 years. The owner Patrick runs a tip top shop. I trust my car to no one else.

Patrick treats you like family, recommending only what is necessary and treating your money like it is his own. He speaks in language you can understand and doesn't try to confuse you with complicated technical speak. The shop is clean and designed for an easy customer experience. Pricing is fair and well explained. I will always bring my car to Patrick.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I knew when I went in for a PPI something was wrong, Pat did not take my contact info or anything to sign when I left. Said it was done 4 hours later, come in and a piece of paper showing brake pad depth printed on paper. Asked about lowering springs. 4.8 hours for the front and 4.8 hours for the rear for $1900. LOL. Took it to Werkshop with quote 2/3 less and 5 hours which is normal. I knew when Pat gave me the quote he was not an honest mechanic. If hes quoting $1900 I bet his estimates overall are higher. Pat, perhaps people know about cars more than you think. Well Werkshop began installation and noticed that the front strut was damaged, they were able to use the warranty to have this replaced at Carvana cost. If PPI was properly done it should have been found. I bet they didnt do anything, not even put it on the rack for inspection. I suspect they have not been doing PPI thoroughly with other customers, this is a scam in hopes of obtaining future business, I would avoid this shop like the plague.

Needed an oil change and Patrick helped me out. Amazing service and fair prices and will be coming back for all future services on my car!

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable about communicative. You get the feeling he's on your side, as opposed to many auto shops! Highly recommend
