I recently got my windshield and brakes replaced here and what a smooth and hassle free service. Patrick is very friendly and explained everything very well. The center is clean and very professional. Glad I got my car serviced at SF Automotive, wish I could give them 10 stars ⭐️

Patrick has always made sure the vehicles were repaired properly and that any necessary preventative maintenance issues were kept on schedule. I entrust this shop with all of the work I need done and I know the work will always meet or exceed standards. Estimates are always on-point, vehicles are secured indoors every night, shop is clean and well ventilated, and the people who work there are friendly and very professional. Thank you Patrick!

A 79-year-old friend from out of town had a dashboard light illuminate on his 24-year-old pick-up truck on the way back home, so he pulled in to have it checked out just before leaving San Francisco. Patrick was outstanding—professional, competent, fair, and able to diagnose the problem, pick up the part in Oakland, complete the repair, and have us back on the highway by the end of the day. Not only that, Patrick’s restroom sparkled! I was deeply impressed with Patrick’s ability to communicate clearly, his confidence in the quality of factory parts, and his commitment to doing a solid repair that would last.

The service I received was great and Patrick was wonderful to work with. Chit-chatting about a completely different topic and not cars, I could tell he's clearly the kind of person who makes sure to not just get a job done, but to do it well. I definitely found this comforting. He was also super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the part that needed to be replaced and how it impacts the performance and safety of my vehicle - something I value when discussing something as important, but foreign to me, as car mechanics. The repairs were made quickly, communication was easy and convenient. When I picked up my mini, it was even super shiny and freshly washed! I don't know if they typically do that, or if it was just because my car was definitely overdue for a wash. Regardless, I feel like they went the extra mile. Patrick & his team are all extremely professional and friendly. All of my questions were answered in detail and straightforward.
