I called for clarification on a quote I received elsewhere, and Patrick was immediately accessible and helpful with all of my questions. It didn’t matter to him where I had the work done so long as I was taken care of. I decided to keep it where it is and to move forward with the current quote, but I would definitely bring my baby here in the future!

So grateful that I came to SF automotive solutions. Patrick was a great communicator, the team worked fast, and my car came back in great condition. I had to get a lot of work done (unfortunately) but this team did wonderful work and my baby is back on the road running perfectly.

Stopped by after phoning to see if they could sort out my Mercedes ML350 key fob. They could, and did quickly. VERY happy with the results and plan to book some maintenance in with them soon.

The owner of this shop is very knowledgeable, patient, kind , and helpful. He answered all my questions easily, without any pressure for additional work I needed new tires, and he asked me to take a picture of the tire that I presently had and text it to him. He was then able to get the exact replacement tire at a very reasonable cost. The cost for routine maintenance also was very reasonable. Since I do not like to get up early in the morning to get my car to him, I was able to drop it off the night before, and it was completely ready by noon the next day. Mercedes had moved to South San Francisco, so I was very happy to find this place in the city. I am in sales, so I hate to leave my car in the shop for as long as Mercedes usually requires to have it. Dropping my car off the night before and being able to pick it up by noon the next day made it very convenient. The work was completed perfectly and in such a timely manner, it made it so essy for me to get in and out of there picking up my car sparkling clean after they had washed it. I am so glad I found this shop, and wish I would’ve found it sooner.

I recently had an issue where my engine splash shield was dragging underneath my car, and needed to fix it urgently. I called Patrick at San Francisco Automotive Solutions and he said I could come by right away. I was out within 20 mins with the splash shield fixed, and wasn't charged for the fix. Also had the pleasure of talking with Patrick for a bit, he was very nice and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough!
