However, it's not until we have the car in the shop for a more thorough inspection and/or diagnostic testing. Then, we can uncover the true source of any problems. In some cases, the repairs may be more extensive than what the customer expects. In others, the situation isn't so bad and our guys can get your vehicle back out the door with a simple fix. The point is we are only going to be focused on what needs to be repaired, and we'll never try to upsell you on unnecessary services.
In Cory's case, he already had a pretty good idea of what needed to be addressed with his car and the initial quote was pretty close. Still, we were able to get the work done for even less than the original estimate. Throughout the process, Pat and the San Francisco Automotive Solutions service team kept Cory up to date with the progress, so he knew exactly what was going on.
